  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Kenneth Faried (personal) has returned to the team and is available to play in Friday's Game 6 vs. the Warriors.

Faried missed Game 5 due to personal reasons but he's been a non-factor this series as backup center Nene is getting minutes in addition to the Rockets having to go small to counter Golden State's famed Death Lineup.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Kenneth Faried (personal) will not play vs. the Warriors in Game 5 on Wednesday.

We wish him the best and hope that everything is okay. Faried has only played five minutes in this series, and was unlikely to see the floor had he been available to suit up.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Kenneth Faried did not leave the bench in Tuesday's season finale, though his campaign overall should be considered a success considering he looked to be on his way out of the league.

Faried filled the void left by Clint Capela when he went down with a thumb injury and he's a great example of how Harden can make anyone look good. No one claimed him off the waivers and he was riding the pine on the Nets before the Rockets signed him. As a starter, he delivered top-100 value with averages of 30.6 minutes, 16.2 points, 10.5 rebounds, 0.7 steals and 1.1 blocks on .588 shooting, but his defensive flaws were glaring and with Capela healthy, he only averaged 13.8 minutes a game. His comeback is a great story, but it'll be difficult for him to find a situation that'll allow him to log enough minutes to become a standard league guy next season. This season he produced top-200/180 value in 8/9-cat leagues but was closer to the top-300 in total value since he was out of the rotation before joining Houston.

  • Clint Capela - C - Houston Rockets

Clint Capela played 24 minutes in Friday’s beatdown of the Knicks but still put in work, collected another double-double with 12 points, 15 rebounds and a block.

Capela has been a top-25 play over the last few weeks and on the season and remains a safe early-round big man next season. Kenneth Faried got loose for 24 minutes of action and produced 13 points, five rebounds and a steal.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Kenneth Faried picked up five fouls in just 17 minutes of action finishing with five points, four rebounds and two steals in Wednesday's win over the Clippers.

With Faried returning Tuesday from an ongoing battle with knee soreness, the Rockets would have likely capped him around 20 or so minutes for precautionary reasons anyway, regardless of foul trouble. Look for Faried to have an easier time against the tanking Knicks on Friday.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Kenneth Faried (left knee soreness) double-doubled with 12 points and 11 rebounds in 21 minutes in his return from a three-game absence on Tuesday against the Kings.

It's good to see Faried back, but he's been inconsistent and mainly getting under 20 minutes per game since the end of February. He's only worth a start if you're looking for points, rebounds, and field goal percentage help.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Kenneth Faried (left knee soreness) is available to play on Tuesday against the Kings.

Speaking to reporters before the game, coach D'Antoni said Faried will be capped at no more than 25 minutes. This comes as a surprise to owners, as D'Antoni assured the media Faried would sit on Tuesday and return on Wednesday. Take "no more than 25 minutes" for what it's worth. The Manimal is back.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

On Monday Mike D'Antoni hinted that Kenneth Faried (left knee soreness) would sit out on Tuesday and return on Wednesday against the Clippers.

Faried was only expected to play in one of these back-to-back games, though the Rockets left it open-ended as to which one he'd sit. He's missed over a week of action but that should help him enter the playoffs at full strength. Fantasy owners can consider Faried a mid-week pickup for rebounds.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Kenneth Faried (left knee soreness) has been ruled out of Saturday's game against the Kings as well as one half of the back-to-back that the Rockets have early next week.

With Faried out for the next few games, it is safe to move on from him from a fantasy perspective in this campaign except for deep-league owners looking to category hunt.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

The Rockets are listing Kenneth Faried (left knee soreness) as out on Thursday vs. the Nuggets.

Faried will miss his chance at a revenge game. When Faried is healthy, he is a viable option for deep-league owners in need of big man stats, but can otherwise be left on the wire.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Rockets are listing Kenneth Faried (left knee soreness) as out on Tuesday vs. the Bucks.

Faried was providing deep-league big man stats the last two games since his return with 9.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and a block per game. His minutes will likely be scattered throughout the rotation.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Kenneth Faried (sore left knee) will be available to play on Friday vs. the Spurs.

Outside of deeper leagues, Faried likely won’t get enough run while Clint Capela is healthy to make an impact.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Kenneth Faried (knee) is probable to play the Spurs on Friday.

Faried's value has predictably taken a big hit as Clint Capela's backup. Faried is an option in deeper leagues, but doesn't have much value in his current situation.

Kenneth Faried (sore left knee) will not play on Wednesday against the Grizzlies.

Faried has predictably taken a big hit to his fantasy value with Clint Capela rolling along, so he's only worth hanging onto in deep leagues.

  • Kenneth Faried - F/C - Houston Rockets

Kenneth Faried (sore left knee) is questionable to play the Grizzlies on Wednesday.

Faried lost a lot of value since Clint Capela returned, as he was pushed to a bench role and playing just 17.2 mpg over the past two weeks. He is more of a deep-league big man than standard contributor in this role. If Faried can't go on Wednesday, P.J. Tucker, Danuel House and Gary Clark would see some extra run.
