  • Tyler Ulis
    PG, Sacramento Kings

Tyler Ulis (groin) will not play in Thursday's preseason game against the Suns.

Ulis is not guaranteed to make the roster and should not be considered in redraft leagues. Hopefully, he can get healthy so that he can prove that he belongs on the final roster. Expect to see a lot of Yogi Ferrell and Kyle Guy in Thursday's game.

  • Kyle Guy
    PG, Sacramento Kings

Kyle Guy scored 11 points on 5-of-19 shooting with a 3-pointer, four rebounds, two assists and two steals in Thursday's loss to the Clippers.

Guy has been chucking away in the Summer League, which many players often do, but he hasn't been converting. It's unlikely that he finds a place in an NBA rotation to start the season, especially with how he's been shooting this summer.

  • Kyle Guy
    PG, Sacramento Kings

Kyle Guy went for a team-high 16 points (5-for-15 FGs, 3-for-5 FTs) vs. the Rockets on Tuesday, adding three triples, three boards, three dimes and a steal in 30 minutes.

Guy isn't likely to make much of a splash in the NBA this season on his two-way contract, but he's doing about as much as he can in Summer League to give the Kings confidence in his ability. If anything, he's likely a year or two away from making the rotation.

  • Kyle Guy
    PG, Sacramento Kings

Kyle Guy finished with 19 points, two rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block on 7-of-16 shooting in 33 minutes in a 105-101 win over the Mavs.

Guy also managed to knock down three of his seven attempts for downtown and overall had a great game. He's unlikely to see much time on the Kings' NBA roster but he should spend plenty of time in the G-League this season.

    PG, Sacramento Kings

The Kings are set to sign rookie Kyle Guy to a two-way contract, according to Jason Jones of The Athletic.

Guy, the 55th pick in the draft, has been one of the major offensive cogs in Sacramento's Summer League group. He's unlikely to see many minutes with the Kings this season, however, and should get lots of development time in Stockton.

  • Kyle Guy
    PG, Sacramento Kings

Kyle Guy scored 21 points in Saturday's 94-77 win over the Chinese National Team, adding two rebounds, five assists and one steal.

Guy played well for the Kings shooting the ball efficiently while going 6-of-11 from the field and 7-of-7 from the FT line. As the 55th pick in the draft not a lot is expected out of Guy yet he continues to look comfortable out there. It's unclear how the Kings will elect to use him especially if he keeps up this high level of play.

    PG, Sacramento Kings

Kyle Guy finished Wednesday's 97-99 loss to the Lakers with 14 points and four 3-pointers on 5-of-17 from the field.

Guy added four rebounds and a steal in his 29 minutes on the floor. He figures to get a lot of run with G-League Stockton given how crowded the Kings' rotation is.

    PG, Sacramento Kings

Kyle Guy hit three triples in the first half of a close loss to the Heat in Summer League action on Monday night.

The NCAA Champion and 55th pick in the draft, Guy started out hot from deep before cooling off and finishing with 13 points, four rebounds, three assists and a steal in 28 minutes. Guy had 10 points and two treys in 23 minutes last night. The Kings' roster is pretty clogged up right now for any young guards hoping to get minutes, so Guy is likely a few years away from a shot at contributing.

The Kings added Virginia PG Kyle Guy with the 55th pick of the NBA Draft on Thursday night.

Guy joins the Kings as a member of the national champion Virginia Cavaliers. Scouts label Guy as one of the best shooters in the entire draft, he proved he can do it under pressure sinking several clutch shots en route to the chip. At least has an appreciable skill that might help give him a shot at the roster.
