Larry Nance Jr. (left knee soreness) went scoreless in his return from a six-game absence on Tuesday vs. the Clippers, putting up just three rebounds, four assists and a steal in 19 minutes.

Nance only attempted one shot tonight, a 3-pointer. This game wasn't close, so the Cavs didn't even need him to play up to his 24-minute limit. Nance isn't a very attractive pickup yet, but keep listening for Kevin Love trade news. On a positive note, John Henson broke out with 10 points, seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and three blocks in his 19 minutes.

Larry Nance Jr. (left knee soreness) will make his return to the lineup on Tuesday night and will be held to around 24 minutes.

With Kevin Love out, Nance should be able to hit that limit pretty easily. With Nance returning from a six-game absence some rust should be expected. He'd been scuffling before getting hurt but is still in line for a big second half if Love gets traded.

Larry Nance Jr. (knee soreness) is expected to return against the Clippers on Tuesday.

Nance has been sidelined for almost two weeks with the knee soreness but should be looking at a good chunk of minutes in his return with Kevin Love (rest) out. Nance doesn't hold any standalone value right now, but with the Cavs looking to trade both Love and Tristan Thompson, Nance could turn into a valuable asset down the stretch.

Kevin Love (rest) is being listed as out for on the back-end of the Cavs back-to-back set against the Clippers on Tuesday.

Larry Nance Jr. is expected to make his return for this game and is likely to get the starting nod with Love out. John Henson should see extra minutes as a backup big man as well.

  • Cedi Osman
    SF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Cedi Osman scored 22 points on 7-of-13 shooting in Saturday's loss to the Thunder, chipping in five threes and four rebounds.

Osman got to see a bump in playing time with teammate Larry Nance Jr. sidelined for the next few weeks, playing 35 minutes. He was able to make the most of the opportunity and shot the ball well though he did not produce much in any other category. Look for Osman to continue to get more minutes and feel free to stream him until Nance Jr. returns from injury if you need points and threes.

    PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Larry Nance Jr. will be sidelined for the next 1-2 weeks due to left knee soreness that he has been struggling with since December 23.

Nance has been performing poorly throughout December and perhaps this is somewhat of an explanation. Many owners will cut Nance loose, and if you have space he is still useful as a late-season stash. In most scenarios without an IR spot, Nance should be dumped in 12-team formats. This should open up minutes for Cedi Osman who has been more efficient lately, but mostly we'll see a few more rebounds become available. Nance had not been doing much with his minutes this season.

  • Larry Nance Jr.
    PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Larry Nance Jr. saw just 19 minutes off the bench on Thursday and was limited to a 4×2 line of two points, two rebounds, two assists and two steals.

As long as Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson are healthy and playing ahead of Nance, he's going to be limited in what he can bring to the fantasy table. He's a stash-guy right now but bench him if your setting allow for it.

  • Larry Nance Jr.
    PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Larry Nance scored four points with seven boards, two assists and one steal in 20 minutes off the bench on Tuesday against the Raptors.

Nance is going to hover around the back-end of the top-150 with a 2-3 round advantage in 9-cat leagues. He'll be on and off the wire in a lot of leagues.

  • Larry Nance Jr.
    PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Larry Nance Jr. scored nine points and added nine rebounds, a steal and a block in Saturday's win over the Wolves.

Nance Jr. got the start over an injured Kevin Love and made the most of the opportunity by barely missing out on a double-double. It was a solid effort but his fantasy value hinges on his ability to get on the court. In DFS he offers great value, though this exceeds his rest-of-the-season value in standard leagues pending Kevin Love's daily injury status.

  • Larry Nance Jr.
    PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Larry Nance Jr. will start for Kevin Love during Saturday's game versus the Timberwolves.

Nance has been struggling, but he is a great point per minutes producer and should see decent run with Love out. He's worth streaming and is a valuable DFS value play on a large slate.

  • Kevin Love
    PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Kevin Love (right hip contusion) will not play on Saturday against the Wolves.

Love is coming off a 30-point effort on Friday on 10-of-16 shooting with seven rebounds, four assists, six triples and zero turnovers. He was held out a game in the team's first two back-to-back sets this season but played both games in the most recent one. This is the first we are hearing of the injury but maybe the Cavs just want to make sure he remains healthy as a possible trade chip later this season although it is unlikely someone will be able to take on his contract. Perhaps this is Larry Nance's chance to break out of his disastrous December slump.

    PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Larry Nance returned after a one game absence with only two points, four rebounds and one block in 18 minutes in a loss to the Celtics on Friday.

Nance has had a December to forget with 4.2 points, 6.3 rebounds, 0.6 blocks and 0.2 steals, while shooting only 36.0 percent from the field. He has probably been dropped in most standard leagues but remains a stash candidate in case of any trade or injury involving Kevin Love or Tristan Thompson.

Larry Nance Jr. (left knee soreness) will take the court against the Celtics on Friday.

It is good to see that Nance will only miss one game due to the issue for now. While the season has not been a successful one for Nance thus far, it would just take one trade to unlock his value, as he has only been receiving 24 minutes per a game. Plus, he is posting a subpar steal rate compared to his previous seasons.

Larry Nance Jr. is questionable to face the Celtics on Friday with left knee soreness.

Nance has missed a couple of games with this sore left knee. He remains a hold due to his intrinsic upside.

Larry Nance Jr. (left knee soreness) is being listed as questionable for Monday's game versus the Hawks.

Nance has long-term upside with the likelihood of Kevin Love being traded. If he's unable to play on Monday look for Ante Zizic to have a larger role.
