Larry Nance Jr. hit all six shots from the field on Tuesday, finishing with 16 points, four rebounds, six assists, two 3-pointers, two steals and a block in 32 minutes of action.

That's the good stuff, with a 2-for-4 split at the charity stripe the only blemish on Nance's line. Tristan Thompson's absence opened things up tonight but Nance has held firm as a middle-round option even after Cleveland added Andre Drummond to the mix, so hopefully you didn't cut him prematurely at the deadline. Kevin Love also wore his playmaking hat tonight with 17 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and two triples.

Larry Nance Jr. bounced back vs. the Spurs on Sunday with 19 points (7-of-13 FG), 10 rebounds and three 3-pointers.

Nance received 43 minutes before this overtime game was all said and done. The Cavs were awfully thin and Tristan Thompson (eye) was forced to depart in the first half. Nance continues to plug the holes whenever Thompson, Kevin Love and Andre Drummond are out of the lineup, which has been quite often lately. With his steady standard league value and mid-round upside, you should be pleased with the results the rest of the way.

Larry Nance Jr. was in a groove on Wednesday, scoring 19 points (7-13 FG) and grabbing 15 rebounds with four assists and four steals.

Nance was able to capitalize on the absences of both Andre Drummond and Tristan Thompson. Cedi Osman also saw 43 minutes of action with the Cavs shorthanded, picking up 13 points and five rebounds. They both hold value to teams while the Cavs are down big men, with Nance being a better option, even when the team is healthy.

  • Tristan Thompson
    C, Cleveland Cavaliers

Tristan Thompson has been ruled out of Wednesday's matchup vs. the Celtics as he nurses a bruised left knee.

Thompson will join Andre Drummond (calf) on the sideline for Wednesday's contest which provides ample opportunity for Larry Nance Jr. He has become a must-own player across formats and could be worth a look in DFS matchups. The Cavs don't play again until Saturday which gives Thompson and Drummond an additional two days to recover.

  • Andre Drummond
    C, Cleveland Cavaliers

Andre Drummond (left calf strain) is being listed as out in advance of Wednesday's game against the Celtics.

Tristan Thompson (knee) is also questionable for this one, which will put Kevin Love and Larry Nance Jr. into extended featured roles. Drummond played on Saturday and put up 27 points and 13 rebounds in 36 minutes, but will now miss two more games with the mysterious calf injury. Keep tabs on the situation as we don't have much information on it as of yet.

  • Larry Nance Jr.
    PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Larry Nance Jr. started on Monday and scored 16 points on 7-of-17 shooting to go with eight rebounds, eight dimes, two steals and two triples.

Andre Dummond (calf) had another flare up which meant Nance would start and he's a surefire bet for top-100 production when playing and the upside goes to mid-round value when he's starting. Keep him fired up for now as Drummond is being treated with kid gloves.

  • Andre Drummond
    C, Cleveland Cavaliers

Andre Drummond (left calf strain) will not play during Monday's game.

Kevin Love gets the start at center while Larry Nance Jr. will also be relied upon heavily. Drummond managed to play on Saturday but has dealt with injury issues since being traded to the Cavs.

Larry Nance Jr. was near-invisible in Saturday's loss to the Pacers, putting a low-end line of five points (1-of-4 shooting), one rebound, three assists and three steals in 25 minutes.

Yikes. Andre Drummond returned and put up a monster line. However, Nance has no real excuse to be this, well, underwhelming. He had 25 minutes on the floor, normally enough time for him to make a meaningful mark on the stat sheet. He did not commit any fouls, so that excuse is out the window. Outside of his three steals, Nance looked very potato. He's been good enough overall this season to be a hold in standard leagues.

  • Andre Drummond
    C, Cleveland Cavaliers

Andre Drummond (left calf strain) is probable against the Pacers on Saturday.

Drummond has missed the prior two games but looks to be on the verge of a return. His stats have dipped dramatically since being acquired by Cleveland while averaging only 24.2 minutes across five games and turnovers are up. The only plus is that he has knocked down four triples already while making only one all year prior. All you can do is hang in there at this point.

Despite no Andre Drummond on Friday, Larry Nance Jr. only put up two points, five rebounds and two assists in 17 minutes of action.

Nance had topped 25 minutes in each game since the All-Star break so we wouldn't worry too much about this tilt against the smaller Pelicans. Although the trade deadline didn't go his way, Nance has remained a top-100 option over the last two weeks and should be safe to deploy in lineups for the stretch run.

  • Andre Drummond
    C, Cleveland Cavaliers

Andre Drummond will remain out on Friday as he continues to deal with a left calf strain.

Drummond has lost a significant chunk of playing time in Cleveland and now will miss his second consecutive contest. We should see more from Tristan Thompson and Larry Nance on Friday.

Larry Nance Jr. saw 31 minutes off the bench on Wednesday and finished with 13 points (6-9 FG), 15 rebounds, three assists and one steal.

Nance benefited from Andre Drummond's absence and had a very efficient double-double. The front court in Cleveland will be very crowded with Drummond's return as Tristan Thompson, Kevin Love and Cedi Osman compete for minutes. Love had a strong line tonight as well, ending with 13 points, nine rebounds, six assists and a block.

  • Tristan Thompson
    C, Cleveland Cavaliers

Tristan Thompson will draw the start for Wednesday's game vs. the Sixers with Andre Drummond (left calf strain) sidelined.

Thompson will likely see additional value for as long as he gets starter-level minutes. However, the frontcourt situation is crowded in Cleveland as they also have Larry Nance Jr., Kevin Love and Cedi Osman.

Andre Drummond (left calf strain) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game.

It has not been a smooth transition for Drummond after being traded to the Cavs, and he hasn't exceeded 29 minutes since the Pistons dealt him. Kevin Love, Tristan Thompson, and Larry Nance Jr. could each receive a small bump in playing time against the Sixers. Cedi Osman will likely be relied upon more as well.

Larry Nance Jr. came off the bench but played a very efficient 32 minutes on Monday in a 125-119 overtime win over the Heat in which he posted 16 points on 8-of-11 shooting, eight rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Nance benefitted from the overtime minutes, but he did also play some small forward in this game. That's a great sign for his minutes outlook, as the Cavs played all three other big men significant minutes. Hold onto Nance while he's playing north of 25 minutes per game.
