TSN's Josh Lewenberg is hearing that there is mutual interest between the Raptors and Marcin Gortat.

The Raptors need to add a player in the next two weeks given their vacant 14th roster spot, and Gortat makes some sense. Behind Marc Gasol at center are Serge Ibaka and Chris Boucher, which would leave Toronto in a precarious position if Gasol were to get into foul trouble against the burlier centers in the playoff mix. Gortat would give the Raptors an insurance policy in that scenario, though last we heard he was also interested in joining the Warriors. There's no fantasy impact regardless of where Gortat lands.

The Clippers will waive Marcin Gortat, who is interested in joining the Warriors.

And we won't even get Boban minutes out of it. Gortat had no real place on the roster and may attract interest as a free agent for a contender that wants quality emergency depth. The Warriors have been more strongly linked to Robin Lopez and are said to be waiting to see how the full market looks before dipping into the available players around the league. If that's how this works, we'd also like to join the Warriors and not play while collecting a playoff bonus.

Marcin Gortat started Wednedsay's game and tallied 10 points, eight rebounds and an assist.

The Polish Hammer only logged 23 minutes despite starting. The ten points on 5-for-9 shooting and eight rebounds were nice, but he didn't do anything else in this game. Much like Montrezl Harrell, it doesn't matter if Gortat is starting or coming off the bench, his fantasy value doesn't change much. Though, unlike Harrell, Gortat is not worth owning right now.

Marcin Gortat will start on Wednesday against the Heat while Montrezl Harrell will return to the bench.

It seems that this is just a matchup based decision with Hassan Whiteside on tap. However, Harrell has been much better when on the floor with Lou Williams, and the Clippers haven't been able to rebound in the past few games, so it wouldn't be a shock to see Harrell go back to the bench permanently. It shouldn't hamper Harrell's fantasy value too much as he was still putting up great numbers off the bench. Gortat gets some appeal if he remains a starter.

Marcin Gortat was moved to the bench on Sunday and did not do much in his seven minutes in a win over the Spurs.

He only scored three points with two rebounds and this game was an indication that he could be moved out of the rotation for Johnathan Motley. This game could have also been a matchup-based rotation since the Spurs play LaMarcus Aldridge as the center in their starting lineup. He should not be owned in any formats even when he is in the Clippers' starting lineup.

Marcin Gortat posted eight points, 10 rebounds, six assists and a block in Sunday's win over the Magic.

Gortat is coming off an 18 & 13 game against the Suns and seems to be taking advantage of some favorable matchups lately. Boban Marjanovic was a DNP so the old vet should be the player of choice when LA faces a bigger-bodied center going forward. He's only a matchup-based stream for deep-leaguers, as Montrezl Harrell remains the man to own in this frontcourt. He had nine points, eight boards, a steal and two blocks in 23 minutes today.

Marcin Gortat forgot that he was 34 years old on Friday and took it to a young Suns squad, dropping 18 points on 8-of-10 shooting with 13 rebounds, one assist and one block in 25 minutes.

This is clearly an outlying performance and should be considered as such with Gortat struggling to hold value even in the deepest of leagues. Montrezl Harrell had a solid game of his own with 15 points on 6-of-13 shooting with four rebounds, one steal and two blocks in 23 minutes. Harrell remains the big man to own here, just to be extra clear.

Marcin Gortat was a DNP-CD on Saturday night.

Miami, without Hassan Whiteside, is a terrible matchup for Gortat. He can't keep up with Bam Adebayo's energy or chase Kelly Olynyk on the perimeter, so the Polish Hammer was kept in its case tonight. Gortat has no fantasy value but players can give a bump to Boban Marjanovic and Montrezl Harrell whenever he's out.

Marcin Gortat is available to play in Thursday's game.

Gortat missed the Clippers' last game and despite his doubtful tag, he will be available on Thursday. Gortat has been overshadowed by Montrezl Harrell and Boban Marjanovic (pun intended). He's not worth rostering in most standard leagues.

Marcin Gortat (back spasms) is questionable to play Thursday against the Kings.

Gortat missed Wednesday's game and he is looking closer to doubtful for this contest. Montrezl Harrell had a productive game Wednesday off the bench while Boban Marjanovic started and played 19 minutes. And naturally, it was enough time for Boban to log a double-double. Both should be good options assuming Boban starts again.

Marcin Gortat (back spasms) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game vs. the Suns.

With Gortat out, expect Montrezl Harrell to deliver some solid numbers against the Suns. We should also expect a Boban sighting which might tickle some of his fans in fantasy.

Marcin Gortat logged 16 minutes in another start on Saturday and recorded 10 points and eight rebounds.

Despite starting, Gortat has not shown enough to warrant ownership outside of very deep leagues. Montrezl Harrell remains the center to own as he double-doubled with 16 points, 10 rebounds and an assist in 27 minutes off the bench.

Marcin Gortat started against the Spurs on Thursday, scoring seven points on 2-of-3 shooting with seven rebounds and four assists.

Gortat is the new flavor of the week for the Clippers at center as Boban Marjanovic was a DNP-CD. He looked good out there on the floor, filling in the lanes and rebounding with some vigor which means he'll likely continue to log minutes. He's still too inconsistent to consider a must-own player though as Montrezl Harrell (14 points on 4-of-8 shooting, six rebounds, five assists, a steal and a block) is a much more viable option.

Marcin Gortat will remain the starter on Monday when the Clippers face the Warriors.

Boban Marjanovic didn't play on Saturday against the Bucks and has a bad matchup tonight as the Warriors also love to run. Boban has been productive when he plays but it seems like Doc Rivers is only comfortable playing him against larger centers.
