Nemanja Bjelica

Nemanja Bjelica posted 17 points on 6-of-14 shooting while adding five rebounds, four dimes, three steals and three 3-pointers in Monday's win over the Rockets.

Bjelica hit the game-winning triple as time expired with one second on the clock to send the Kings home with a victory and has posted top-60 value on the year so far. The Kings should get Marvin Bagley back within the next few weeks and Richaun Holmes certainly won't lose minutes, so we figure Bjelica might take a hit, but he's a strong hold until we see how things shake out as he's been playing too well for fantasy owners thus far.

Nemanja Bjelica had his best game of the season as he led the Kings to a 110-106 victory over the Mavs, going for 30 points (13-of-18 FG), seven rebounds, four assists, four 3-pointers, one steal and one block.

This was one hell of a line from Bjelica, who is known for surprising his owners, but this was still something special. Marvin Bagley will return eventually to spoil Bjelica's fun, most likely during this next week of games, but Bjelica is streaky guy so don't drop him unless you have to. At least wait for Bagley to show up and start carving out a major role.

  • Marvin Bagley III
    PF, Sacramento Kings

Marvin Bagley (right thumb fracture) has been ruled out of Sunday's game versus the Mavs.

Bagley has been questionable for the last few games and seems to be in line to return at some point this week. The frontcourt will be a bit off a mess upon his return, but don't rush to drop anyone until the situation pans out. Nemanja Bjelica will contiue to start while Bagley is out.

Marvin Bagley (right thumb fracture) is being listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Mavs.

Bagley is inching closer and closer to a return. The frontcourt will be shaken up when he does and Nemanja Bjelica will most likely go back to a bench role.

Nemanja Bjelica went 2-for-11 from the field on Friday, finishing with five points, nine rebounds, three assists, two steals and a 3-pointer in 19 minutes.

Bjelica has some on-court issues but has generally done enough to make it work while the Kings have been shorthanded. He's been a standard-league guy since Marvin Bagley got hurt, so ride this one out til the very end. Bagley's expected back imminently so start planning your next move.

  • Marvin Bagley III
    PF, Sacramento Kings

Marvin Bagley (right thumb fracture) is doubtful for Friday's game against the Spurs.

It seems like we're getting close to the end of the wait for Bagley, which is bad news for Nemanja Bjelica and mediocre news at best for Richaun Holmes. Monitor this frontcourt closely in the coming days.

  • Marvin Bagley III
    PF, Sacramento Kings

Marvin Bagley (right thumb fracture) has been cleared for contact on Thursday.

This is great news for the Kings and Bagley as we are just over six weeks from the initial injury. Continue to monitor for updates but Bagley should return to the court soon. Bagley's return could lower the fantasy values of Richaun Holmes and Nemanja Bjelica.

Nemanja Bjelica did a bit of everything in Wednesday's loss to the Blazers, recording 17 points on 7-of-15 shooting with seven rebounds, four assists, three triples, one steal and two blocks in 27 minutes.

For all his real faults while he's on the floor, Bjelica sure looks good on paper. Ride him while he's hot as he will surely take a hit when Marvin Bagley eventually returns.

  • Nemanja Bjelica
    PF, Sacramento Kings

Nemanja Bjelica played well and stuffed the stat sheet on Monday, recording 18 points on 7-of-10 shooting with eight rebounds, two assists, two 3-pointers, one steal and two blocks.

Bjelica had been quiet as of late and this performance can be considered a rare gem given his recent games. He's just a deep-league player right now, given his lack of consistency.

  • Nemanja Bjelica
    PF, Sacramento Kings

Nemanja Bjelica scored seven points on 3-of-10 shooting (including a three) with four rebounds and one assist over 26 minutes in Wednesday's loss to the Sixers.

Bjelica gets a lot of glowing local coverage because Sacramento, but he has been crushed on defense all season and when he starts making mistakes on offense it goes downhill fast. There's no need to hang on with Marvin Bagley's return basically around the corner.

  • Nemanja Bjelica
    PF, Sacramento Kings

Nemanja Bjelica had a mixed night on Sunday versus the Wizards, delivering six points (3-of-11 FG), 12 rebounds, three assists, three steals, one block and five turnovers.

Bjelica is capable of doing everything in fantasy, and it is rare that he notches such a high turnover total. Perhaps it was the result of playing a fast-paced opponent in this one. He won't be able to do this as the roster gets healthier, but for the time being, he should be owned in 12-team leagues.

  • Richaun Holmes
    PF, Sacramento Kings

Richaun Holmes grabbed a career-high 15 boards vs. the Suns on Tuesday as part of a 20-point night (8-for-11 FGs, 4-for-4 FTs) with a steal and two blocks in 34 minutes.

The days when we could only dream of what Holmes would do with 30-plus minutes are gone. Since Holmes joined the starting lineup, he's been playing right around 30 minutes, which has him looking like a middle-round value. He could be in for a slight reduction in value once Marvin Bagley returns if the Kings frontcourt is otherwise healthy, but it appears that the Kings might finally be the team that just lets Holmes play. Nemanja Bjelica also had another good game tonight with 17 points, eight rebounds, a steal, a block and three treys in 31 minutes.

  • Nemanja Bjelica
    PF, Sacramento Kings

Nemanja Bjelica scored 12 points, 14 rebounds and four assists in Sunday's 100-99 win over the Celtics.

Bjelica bounced back in a big way after getting himself in foul trouble versus the Lakers. His role and minutes look be safe with De'Aaron Fox missing some time and it worth the add where available.

Nemanja Bjelica double-doubled in a win over the Blazers on Tuesday, putting up 19 points on 8-of-14 shooting, 12 rebounds, four assists and three triples in 36 minutes.

Bjelica can really fill up a box score when he gets a heavy workload. While the Kings are banged up in the frontcourt, Bjelica could potentially provide mid-round value as he did for much of last season, so make sure he's not a free agent in your leagues. Richaun Holmes had a good night tonight as well with 11 points, 10 rebounds, an assist, a steal and two blocks in 31 minutes.

  • Dewayne Dedmon
    C, Sacramento Kings

Dewayne Dedmon (right knee sprain) is listed as questionable ahead of Friday's tilt against the Hawks.

Dedmon has not been able to find consistent minutes with the Kings to provide the same fantasy value that we have seen the last couple of seasons. If Dedmon misses the game, there will be more minutes available for Richaun Holmes and Nemanja Bjelica while Caleb Swanigan might even get to see some minutes.
