Nikola Mirotic doesn't believe he'll have a minutes restriction going forward.

Mirotic returned from a right ankle injury that costed him 12 games on Jan. 9 and played 21 minutes. His next game out he was out there for 27 and his minutes are most likely just going to keep ramping up. He's a top-30 player on the season and an extremely valuable piece to both the Pelicans and his fantasy owners so not having a minutes restriction is nothing but good news, now let's just hope the Pelicans' training staff agrees.

Nikola Mirotic logged 27 minutes on Saturday, posting nine points, six rebounds, three blocks and a 3-pointer in a loss to the Wolves.

Mirotic went 3-of-8 from the field but did exceed his reported minutes restriction by two tonight. It's only a matter of time before he delivers a huge game.

Nikola Mirotic will have a 25-minute restriction on Saturday.

Mirotic was limited to 20 minutes on Wednesday and it's good to see him get the incremental bump so quickly. He should be in all lineups as a middle-round asset with an early-round ceiling.

According to coach Alvin Gentry, Niko Mirotic (right ankle) will still be on a minutes restriction for Saturday's game.

Mirotic returned from a 12-game absence on Wednesday but will keep his minutes restriction of around 20 minutes. He exceeded his limit during that game, but coach Gentry doesn't want to risk additional injury. Still, it sounds like Mirotic is healthy and it looks like he'll be able to pick up where he left off as a early-round asset.

Nikola Mirotic (right ankle) returned from a 12-game stint on the sidelines with 22 minutes, 17 points, four rebounds and four 3-pointers on Wednesday night.

Mirotic shot 6-of-11 from the field and actually exceeded his speculated minutes restriction of 20. He looked good tonight and needs to go back into all fantasy lineups immediately.

Nikola Mirotic (right ankle) will return from a 12-game absence on Wednesday and will be limited to around 20 minutes.

Mirotic makes his long-awaited return to the court but figures to have some rust to shake off. You don't have to toss him into lineups tonight but we can't imagine he'll be on your benches for long. Deep-league owners should downgrade Solomon Hill and Darius Miller, with the latter more likely to maintain value.

Nikola Mirotic is a game-time decision on Wednesday and will test his right ankle during warmups to see if he can play against the Cavs.

Mirotic was upgraded to questionable earlier this afternoon. His return will impact Darius Miller and Solomon Hill at the forward spot but it'd be surprising if Mirotic returned from 12 games on the sidelines to play a full workload in his first few games back. Get ready to activate him, restrictions or otherwise.

Nikola Mirotic (right ankle) has been upgraded to questionable for Wednesday's game against the Cavs.

Mirotic has missed the previous 12 games but recent reports out of New Orleans certainly make it sound like he'll be returning this week after going through most of Tuesday's practice. He'll likely have a minutes restriction for a couple games but owners should get ready to plug Mirotic back into lineups after a lengthy wait.

Nikola Mirotic (right ankle) is doubtful to play on Wednesday.

It's an upgrade for Mirotic, who has just been listed as out for a few weeks now. He's reportedly likely to return this week and this is a positive step, even if a doubtful tag isn't that inspiring. Mirotic has missed the last 12 games and will likely be on a minutes restriction when he first returns, but that shouldn't dissuade owners from plugging him into lineups.

Nikola Mirotic was able to do "most" of Tuesday's practice, and Alvin Gentry says that he's getting close to returning.

It was reported yesterday that Mirotic is likely to return this week, and this is certainly another positive development. The long wait for owners appears to be nearly over, and while Mirotic may have a hard time taking the starting job back from Julius Randle, he'll need to go right back into all fantasy lineups upon returning. Deep-league owners who have been using Darius Miller or Solomon Hill should expect less going forward.

The New Orleans Times-Picayune reported that it seems likely Nikola Mirotic (right ankle) will return this week.

It's more toward the vague side of injury reporting but it's definitely a report and by an outlet that covers the team regularly. If this is true we'd expect to see more news start to trickle out any day now and Mirotic owners can start to get him back into lineups.

Nikola Mirotic (right ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game.

Mirotic has been out for about a month now and we still don't have too much info regarding his timetable. Coach Alvin Gentry sounded like he wasn't afraid to rush Mirotic back when they see he's healthy enough to play. For now, he was still ruled out a day in advance. Owners need to continue to hold onto him. Julius Randle will continue to start and when Niko returns, both will remain good options.

Nikola Mirotic (right ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Saturday's game.

The Pelicans haven't said much about Mirotic aside from a vague "nearing a return" update on Monday. He's been great whenever he's been on the floor this season and owners have had to just sit tight and wait this one out. Julius Randle is likely to hold onto the starting power forward job, at least for the foreseeable future, even after Mirotic returns. Both will be must-start options but the ceilings and floors will shift somewhat.

Nikola Mirotic (ankle) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game with the Nets.

Mirotic is reportedly nearing a return but the Pelicans haven't given any sort of firm target date or a concrete update on what exactly Niko has been doing. Julius Randle will continue to start in his absence, while Darius Miller and Solomon Hill get more breathing room in the bench group.

Alvin Gentry said on Monday that Nikola Mirotic (mysterious right ankle injury nobody knows about) is nearing a return.

Gentry did not have a date in mind but this is progress and if he can get on the floor for any of the Pelicans' remaining two games following tonight's game it's a win for owners. His return just means that Anthony Davis and Julius Randle aren't getting maxed out into the red every single night.
