Norvel Pelle (illness) will return to the lineup on Thursday night.

Pelle could be looking at some decent minutes with Joel Embiid sidelined, and he's a worthwhile target if you're hunting for blocks. He could become a viable add in standard leagues depending on how much time Embiid misses with his sprained shoulder, though Pelle only figures to produce value in one category. He's averaging 1.5 blocks in just 10.0 mpg on the year.

Norvel Pelle will miss Wednesday's game due to illness.

It's an upper respiratory ailment. Pelle has rebounding and shot blocking ability but simply doesn't play enough to hold fantasy value.

The Sixers are signing Norvel Pelle to an NBA contract.

It's well deserved, as Pelle has shined in his limited opportunities. Initially on a two-way contract, Pelle quickly ran out of NBA days and was able to average 3.6 points and 1.5 blocks in 11.1 mpg across 14 games. He's a solid rim protector and athlete that gives the Sixers a different dynamic for short stints. Give Pelle a look if you need blocks in extremely deep leagues, though be aware that he's not a lock to play every single night.

Norvel Pelle (undisclosed) is being listed as out against the Nets on Monday.

Pelle is missing an opportunity to see a nice role in the Sixers rotation as Al Horford (hand) is considered a game-time decision. Kyle O'Quinn and Mike Scott would be staring on big minutes if Horford can't play.

Al Horford (left hand sprain) is being listed as questionable for Monday’s game versus the Nets.

Horford injured his non-shooting hand on Saturday but it does not appear to being anything long-term. Norvel Pelle would be expected to see extended run if Horford is unable to play, but Pelle only has one day left on his 45-day contract.

Norvel Pelle has joined the Delaware Blue Coats on Friday for their G League contest, and will not be with the Sixers when they face the Bulls.

While Pelle is an impressive shot blocker, it was unlikely he ever had enough exposure to be an asset in fantasy leagues. He is back to the G League for the time being and remains on a two-way contract with the Sixers. If you want a deep league big on the Sixers your best bet is now Kyle O'Quinn.

Norvel Pelle went 6-for-7 from the field and hit his only free throw, good for 13 points, four rebounds and five blocks in just 12 minutes on Tuesday night in a winning effort.

Pelle is on a two-way contract right now, so he's not likely to get enough minutes to matter in fantasy this year. However, he did block 3.0 shots per game in under 23 minutes over 36 G League games last season. Just someone to know for the future, though he is already 26. Fellow reserve center Kyle O'Quinn had 11 boards, 5 dimes and two blocks in 14 minutes off the bench.

Sixers big man Norvel Pelle was able to practice a day after feeling some left ankle soreness on Tuesday.

It's good to see Pelle back on the court. Pelle has shot blocking ability but is far down the depth chart for the Sixers.

Norvelle Pelle experienced some left ankle soreness during Tuesday's practice and will be re-evaluated on Wednesday.

If Pelle could find himself in an NBA rotation, he could be a valuable source of blocks. As it stands now, he's not on the fantasy radar.

Norvel Pelle (ankle) and Marial Shayok (left knee soreness) will play on Wednesday.

Both players returned to practice yesterday after sustaining minor injuries through the course of Summer League. Pelle and Shayok have been two of Philly's best players in Vegas so far, and are the team's two two-way contract holders.

Norvel Pelle (ankle) and Marial Shayok (left knee soreness) both returned to practice on Tuesday and are listed as day-to-day.

The Sixers Summer League team plays again on Wednesday and both will have a chance to suit up after returning to practice. Pelle and Shayok are both on two-way contracts for the Sixers.

Newly-signed two-way player Norvel Pelle delivered 12 points, seven rebounds, two steals and three blocks in Friday's 107-106 win at Summer League.

This being Summer League, we also need to point out that Pelle picked up nine fouls in only 22 minutes. Still, he profiles as a potential shot-blocking dynamo should he ever crack the NBA full-time. Rookie Christ Koumadje also stepped up with five blocks in only 14 minutes. The 7'4" center will try to prove his worth at Summer League after going undrafted in June.

Norvel Pelle has signed a two-way contract with the Sixers.

Pelle was a member of Philly's training camp roster last season after putting up 7.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in only 13.8 mpg at Summer League. He's a longshot to play for the Sixers at all given their deep cast of frontcourt players but Pelle is worth taking a shot on after delivering 11.1 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per contest in the G-League last season.

Reserve Sixers center Norvel Pelle stayed in Philadelphia due to a case of the gastroenteritis.

Pelle made some noise in the summer averaging 7.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 13.8 minutes. He misses an opportunity to get some playing time and this might well be the end of his tenure with the team.

The 76ers have added center Norvel Pelle to their training camp roster.

Pelle performed well in Summer League, averaging 7.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 13.8 minutes. He played in Italy last year and his path to the NBA will likely have to go through the G-League as he is highly unlikely to make the teams 15-man opening day roster.
