Rodions Kurucs and Dzanan Musa were ejected in Game 5 on Tuesday.

Kurucs and Musa were involved in a few frustration shoves with Greg Monroe and Jonah Bolden, who were also ejected on Tuesday. The league will look at the incident and see if fines or suspensions are merited. Kurucs and Musa are eliminated from the playoffs, so they should have no impact this season.

Rodions Kurucs did not play in Saturday's Game 4 loss to the Sixers.

The second round rookie started the first three games of the series but was a DNP-CD in this one. We'll see if he can get into Game 5 – or any games after if needed – but there's a chance his season is over. If it's over, it was an impressive first season for the second rounder and the Nets may have a real rotation piece going forward.

Speaking to reporters after Game 2's loss to the Sixers Kurucs said, “I don’t like what he said in the media about me. I want to let him know my name. I’ll play hard, I’ll go at him and I’m not scared of him.”

Kurucs is not happy with Ben Simmons referring to him as, "the other kid." This series has quickly gotten chippy and the intensity will look to pick up even more ahead of Game 3 on Thursday.

  • Rodions Kurucs - F - Brooklyn Nets

Rodions Kurucs scored 15 points and grabbed nine boards in 28 minutes in Wednesday's season finale, capping a promising rookie campaign.

Kurucs was a top-250 player on a per-game basis in his 63 games (46 starts) this season. He had a few sizable stretches where he started and scored in double-figures and looked like he might take off, so there's hope for the 21-year-old. He may have trouble carving out the minutes he would need though, as the Nets are poised to made a big addition this summer.

Rodions Kurucs (right knee contusion) is available to play on Monday against the Bucks.

Kurucs was listed as doubtful, then upgraded to questionable and has been given the green light after making in through morning shootaround. He's a weak fantasy option but should be in the starting lineup as usual, so if you need some rebounds and upside in threes and scoring, Kurucs is on the board.

  • Rodions Kurucs - F - Brooklyn Nets

Rodions Kurucs got in foul trouble on Sunday as he fouled out in just 13 minutes, but he was able to get two steals and three blocks before exiting the game.

He scored five points with two rebounds on 2-of-3 shooting as well. He definitely has an Andre Kirilenko type skill set and has the potential to end up as a dominant defensive player. He has put up top-70 value over the past two weeks and is worth owning in standard leagues for the remainder of the season for his shooting and defensive abilities. He should be able to provide late-round value at the very least.

  • Rodions Kurucs - F - Brooklyn Nets

Rodion Kurucs cooled off on Wednesday but was still able to post a well-rounded low-end line with eight points on 3-of-9 shooting, adding five rebounds, one assist, one 3-pointer, two steals and one block in 27 minutes.

Considering he was up against Paul George, we can give Kurucs a pass. Besides, he did bring some solid peripherals to offset his poor shooting. He's been hot lately, with this being his only single-digit scoring game in his last six games. He's worth a hold in deep leagues and is stream-worthy in standard leagues for his top-100 value in 9-cat over the past week.

Rodions Kurucs kept up his hot streak on Monday with 13 points on 6-of-8 shooting to go with two rebounds, an assist, three steals and a 3-pointer.

Kurucs only logged 20 minutes, but he's been producing top-75 value in the past two weeks with that allotted time. Coach Atkinson has stated his admiration for Kurucs' play and intends to keep him as a starter. He plays three more games this week and is in play for standard leagues.
