Rodions Kurucs was one of a number of changes for the Nets, playing 29 minutes as a starter, ending with 10 points to go with four rebounds, two assists and two steals during Tuesday's 119-116 victory over the Bucks.

Kurucs finally made some noise after coming into the seeding games having put together a strong mini-camp. With the Nets opting to rest a number of their regular starters, Kurucs was able to play himself into decent form during his 29 minutes on the floor. His role on most nights is far from predictable and that makes him a tough sell in most fantasy formats.

Rodions Kurucs will move into the starting lineup on Tuesday afternoon, slotting next to Lance Thomas in the frontcourt.

Kurucs was the talk of Brooklyn's mini-camp in Orlando, getting run as both the starting power forward and backup center, but has been a massive disappointment through two bubble games so far. Foul trouble has been an issue, even coming off the bench, but hopefully he won't run into that problem today against perimeter-based Brook Lopez (at least for as long as the Bucks need to play their starters). Kurucs flashed standard-league potential in his rookie campaign before falling off the map this season, and if he's ever going to turn it around today seems like the day. Jarrett Allen, Joe Harris and Caris LeVert are all sitting out so Brooklyn's depth players have a great opportunity to shine.

Rodions Kurucs (left hip contusion) was able to give it a go on Friday and posted seven points (2-of-4 shooting), six rebounds one trey and two assists.

Kurucs, when healthy, has a shot at meaningful minutes at PF for the Nets, given their lack of warm bodies at that position. However, he's still dealing with that hip injury. Just keep an eye on him for now.

Rodions Kurucs (left hip contusion) will face the Magic on Friday.

Kurucs only saw 12.8 mpg across 39 contests in his second season but those numbers should skyrocket for the resumption league. Kurucs could turn in a performance that would be well worth the price tag on today's DFS slate and should be rostered in resumption leagues.

Rodions Kurucs will likely play against the Magic on Friday despite dealing with a bruised left hip.

Kurucs could be in line for a lot of opportunity as the Nets are completely devoid of talented veterans. Kurucs looked good in the scrimmages and is a worthy target for DFS as he will likely not have an inflated price to start.

Rodions Kurucs put up 17 points (7-for-11 FG), four rebounds, two assists, one steal and three 3-pointers in Saturday's scrimmage against the Spurs.

Kurucs had his second straight strong game in Orlando, with this following a three-steal, one-block, two-triple performance on Wednesday. He's going to be a serious player in the power forward rotation and may even start for the shorthanded Nets, and he's also getting reps at backup center so far in Orlando. Though he was in and out of the rotation this year and was barely a top-400 option, Kurucs has a fun multi-cat game and will have a chance to put it on full display. He's got the ability to surprise a ton of casual players in resumption league drafts.

Rodions Kurucs scored 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting with five rebounds, three steals, one block and two threes in 20 minutes on Wednesday.

Kurucs came off the bench and brought the cash-counter stats in this scrimmage. Dzanan Musa played 27 minutes and scored 11 points with five rebounds. Kurucs and Musa will both have an opportunity to play more minutes in Orlando with the thin Nets' roster. This restart will be a good chance to see what fantasy value they could produce if given more minutes in the future, either with the Nets or on a different team.

Rodions Kurucs was the starting power forward in Friday's practice session, per Brian Lewis.

The Nets have lost basically their entire power forward rotation with Taurean Prince and Wilson Chandler out for the Orlando restart. Kurucs should be able to soak up plenty of minutes and we'd expect him to keep the lion's share of work even when Michael Beasley is ready to go. The entire Brooklyn lineup looks pretty fluid given the sheer volume of their absences, but Kurucs could be one of the big beneficiaries. He had a successful rookie season, averaging 8.5 points, 3.9 rebounds, 0.7 steals, 0.4 blocks and 0.9 threes in 20.5 mpg while making 46 starts, but fell out of the rotation this year, averaging just 12.8 minutes per contest in 39 games. Anyone playing fantasy games should probably value Kurucs closer to his rookie campaign given the work available to him.

Nets forward Rodions Kurucs saw averages of 4.2 points, 2.5 rebounds, 0.6 threes and 0.4 steals per game on .448 shooting from the field to finish just inside the top-400 in 8/9-cat per-game value.

Kurucs' season was, for the most part, largely unmemorable, highlighted by a 19-point career-high game. He provided the Nets with depth at the forward position but in just 12.8 minutes pr game, Kurucs was unable to properly make an impact in the box scores. With Kevin Durant expected to be ready to play in 2020-21, don't expect on Kurucs to be able to build too much on what he's managed to put up in his humble pro resume.

The Nets have recalled Rodions Kurucs from their NBA G League affiliate, the Long Island Nets.

Kurucs has fallen out of the rotation in the last few games and he is not worth holding expect from dynasty leagues.

Rodions Kurucs came off the bench on Wednesday to score 12 points with five rebounds in 27 minutes.

It was a 129-88 blowout against the Warriors, so don't read too much into this line from Kurucs. He had five points in three minutes on Monday and can't be trusted even in 30-team leagues.

Rodions Kurucs is starting in place of Joe Harris (back) in Saturday's game against the Bucks.

Kurucs saw a few starts while the team was banged up, but has been underwhelming this year. In a difficult matchup, Kurucs isn't a recommended streaming option.

  • Garrett Temple
    SG, Brooklyn Nets

Garrett Temple (right knee contusion) will not play on Wednesday.

Temple missed Tuesday's contest with the same ailment. Rodions Kurucs had nine points and five rebounds during that contest. Temple is really just a deep league player considering his current role.

  • Caris LeVert
    PG-SG, Brooklyn Nets

Caris LeVert finished Friday's win over the Heat with 11 points (4-for-15 shooting), four assists, three rebounds and three triples across 24 minutes.

LeVert's minutes are slowly being ramped up, but Rodions Kurucs got the start again tonight adding in 19 points and four triples. It's only a matter of time before LeVert rejoins the starting unit.

  • Caris LeVert
    PG-SG, Brooklyn Nets

Caris LeVert came off the bench on Tuesday, scoring 20 points (7-of-16 FGs, 4-of-7 FTs) and adding six rebounds, three assists and two triples in 22 minutes as the Nets lost 103-111 to the Thunder in overtime.

LeVert saw his minutes increase by about six in his second game back from injury. The Nets next play on Friday, so hopefully LeVert will be ready to play and possibly rejoin the starting lineup. Rodions Kurucs kept his starting spot warm tonight but had just four points and four rebounds in 19 minutes.
