Vincent Edwards remains sidelined with a strained adductor.

Edwards picked up the injury when he slipped on a wet spot the day before camp opened. It's a tough break for the rookie but his injury doesn't change anything from a fantasy perspective.

    G/F, Houston Rockets

Rookie Vincent Edwards is day-to-day with an adductor strain.

    F, Houston Rockets

The Rockets have acquired the 52nd pick from the Utah Jazz and have selected Vincent Edwards.

Former Purdue forward Edwards averaged 14.6 points and 7.4 rebounds last season, shooting 47.6 percent from the field and 39.8 percent from three. His ability to play down low and stretch the floor will be valuable, especially on a team like the Rockets. The Jazz received cash considerations in the deal.
