Willie Cauley-Stein just barely collected a double-double on Wednesday night, finishing with 10 points, 11 rebounds and failing to tally anything else.

Cauley-Stein should see some minutes increase with Marquese Chriss being released, and has the potential to contribute meaningful rebounds and blocks. He's a top-80 player on the season which is about 50 spots higher than his ADP. The Warriors are a difficult team to rely on this season, but Cauley-Stein is one of the few bright spots.

Willie Cauley-Stein (illness) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Pistons.

Cauley-Stein was supposed to miss the past two games because of the sickness but a third we have not gotten news on yet. Check back on Saturday for his final status, but if he was out Eric Paschall could be in for a big night. Kevon Looney (abdominal) has already been ruled out for Saturday.

Willie Cauley-Stein (illness) will not play in Thursday's game vs. the Wolves.

WCS and Kevon Looney (abdominal) are both out. Eric Pashcall, Omari Spellman and Alen Simailagic should split the big-man minutes not taken by Draymond Green.

Willie Cauley-Stein (illness) has been ruled out of Tuesday's game vs. the Spurs.

He was doubtful coming into this one so this shouldn't come as much of a surprise to his owners. Marquese Chriss will draw the start in his absence but he's not the most reliable player so don't expect much.

Willie Cauley-Stein (illness) is doubtful for Tuesday's game against the Spurs.

Cauley-Stein is expected to miss the next two games, so this isn't surprising. Kevon Looney (left abdominal soreness) will also miss this game, so Marquese Chriss should get another good opportunity to shine.

Willie Cauley-Stein will miss games on Tuesday and Thursday due to illness.

Cauley-Stein has upside due to his shot blocking ability, but his scoring has been inconsistent. Expect Marquese Chriss to help fill the void.

Willie Cauley-Stein scored 12 points on 6-of-8 shooting with even rebounds, two steals and three blocks on Monday.

Cauley-Stein played a superb game on both ends of the floor and the minutes reflect that. He's worth riding out to see how it all plays out.

Willie Cauley-Stein continued to solidify himself as a late-round fantasy option on Wednesday, turning 23 minutes into 12 points, seven rebounds and a steal on 6-of-8 shooting.

Cauley-Stein might actually be the safest bet among the Warriors this year, at least in terms of full-year floor. He's currently riding a career-best block rate to standard-league value and as long as that's there, WCS should be rostered in 12-team leagues. Marquese Chriss is emerging as the clear No. 2 here and chipped in 10 points, 10 boards and a block in 17 minutes tonight. His defensive upside also makes him worth a spot in 12-teamers, though he's more prone to disappearing.

Willie Cauley-Stein continued his strong play of late on Sunday, going for 14 points (7-of-9 FG), five rebounds, two assists, six steals and three turnovers against the Kings.

Cauley-Stein's defensive numbers are continuing to thrive, as he threw together six steals over 30 minutes of action tonight. Kevon Looney (0-of-5 FG, zero points, one rebound, one assist and one steal) continues to stink it up, and Cauley-Stein appears to have a steady grasp on the majority of the center minutes.

Willie Cauley-Stein scored 17 points on 6-of-9 shooting to go with eight rebounds, two assists, a steal and two blocks on Monday.

Cauley-Stein racked up the defensive numbers tonight and he's maintained a 1.2 blocks and 1.0 steals average in 21 games so far this year. He's been better than Kevon Looney (10 minutes, zero points, three rebounds and one steal) this year and is the guy to own until further notice.

  • Willie Cauley-Stein

Willie Cauley-Stein put up 10 points, seven rebounds and a block in Friday's win over the Bulls.

It probably doesn't feel like it, but Cauley-Stein is delivering top-120/100 value so far this season in just 22.4 mpg. His blocks have skyrocketed, doubling last year's per-game number despite a cut in playing time, and if that drops off we're looking at a boring late-round plodder. Fingers crossed that he keeps swatting.

    C, Golden State Warriors

Before fouling out on Friday, Willie Cauley-Stein produced 14 points on 7-of-10 shooting with six rebounds and one block in 24 minutes.

WCS is trudging along with low-end big-man production so far. He will likely take a hit when Kevon Looney (neuropathy) eventually returns to the lineup, so don't get too attached.

    C, Golden State Warriors

Willie Cauley-Stein logged 17 minutes in Wednesday's win over the Bulls, scoring three points on free throws (0-for-5 FGs) with nine rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block.

Cauley-Stein looks pretty bad out there and it wouldn't outright shock us if he's the odd man out with the roster situation in Golden State. Still, he's bringing back top-100 value in 9-cat leagues in 22.4 mpg so fantasy GMs might want to see if he can keep his head above water with Kevon Looney about to complicate life.

  • Willie Cauley-Stein
    C, Golden State Warriors

Willie Cauley-Stein scored 10 points on 5-of-7 shooting and added five rebounds, three assists and two blocks on Wednesday.

Cauley-Stein had the best game of the Golden State big men (Marquese Chriss ended scoreless with six boards, two assists and two blocks) and is having a top-100 year so far. He might be doing it quietly, but it's hard to fault you if want to pick up Cauley-Stein now.

  • Willie Cauley-Stein
    C, Golden State Warriors

Willie Cauley-Stein scored eight points on 4-of-7 shooting to go with 11 rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block on Monday.

Cauley-Stein is by no means a great NBA player, but the Warriors are going to have to play either him, or Marquese Chriss (17 minutes, 11 points, six rebounds, two assists and one 3-pointer) so either way it's a loss. It'll be too hard to trust WCS to produce nightly and we're not going to bat an eye towards Chriss unless something major breaks.
